The Gage R&R Utility for ProCalV5 allows users to collect data for a Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility study on assets they manage. The number of Trials, Operators and Parts to measure during the study, along with Pass/Fail criteria on whether or not the gage or measurements system is approved for use as demonstrated in figure below.

The details of the study are entered in ProCalV5; including all individual readings, part numbers and operator names. Using the ANOVA (Analysis of Variance) method, the Part Variation, Equipment Variation, Appraiser Variation, Repeatability & Reproducibility and Total Variation are calculated. Individual Averages and Ranges are also available for the entered data. The system can be configured to give a Pass/Fail result based on the study’s results.

A standard Gage R&R report is included which also gives a visualization of the Range by Operator, details of the study as well as asset details.
